Notice to Residents and Families: COVID-19 Update

Subject: Important Update Regarding COVID-19 at Our Facility

Dear Residents and Families,

We are writing to inform you of regarding COVID-19 within our facility.

We currently have NO cases of COVID-19 among our residents and NO cases among our staff.

Before Your Visit: Monitor Your Health – If you have any symptoms of respiratory illness like flu, COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please postpone your visit.

During Your Visit: Wear a Mask – We suggest, but do not require, masks to be worn at all times during your visit if you are not up to date with your covid or flu vaccination. If you need a mask, one will be provided for you.

Hand Hygiene: Please sanitize your hands before and after your visit. Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance and exit of the facility.

Limit Contact: Avoid hugging, shaking hands, or other physical contact.

After Your Visit-Monitor Your Health: Watch for symptoms of respiratory illness like Covid-19 in the days following your visit. If you develop symptoms, please get tested and inform us immediately. We encourage all residents and their families to continue following public health advice, including wearing masks, practicing good hand hygiene, being vaccinated and maintaining physical distance where possible.
